Sales Development Business Objective:
Develop qualified sales leads for expanding sales team to drive business growth for both our internal and commercial clients.
We are looking for someone who can easily and quickly adapt to changes and new processes as we move and work in an extremely fast-paced environment. You have to be sharp and quick-witted. Someone who can work and think independently while still mirroring the core value and goals of the department and the company. You will be serving as the extension of the Senior Manager who is based in Makati. You would also have to be flexible and receptive to feedback and coaching.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, PH/Makati – based.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage the day to day performance and development of the team through
Facilitate the team’s bi-monthly call calibration
Engagement activities to motivate and further drive performance
Involvement in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives
Work closely with the Senior Manager in training, coaching and call listening until hiring of such support roles is deemed necessary by management.
Send daily and weekly report on the progress and performance of the team
Must be able to help in identifying the team’s AFIs and in creating the most effective action plan to address them
Assist in improving the current processes and prospecting cadence
Document and track all set appointments and ensure its validity
Work closely with the Senior Manager to set and implement the set KPIs in a monthly basis
Work closely with the Senior Manager in creating the monthly incentive scheme
Discuss monthly evaluation performance/scorecard to each SDR
Execute and perform various tasks that may be needed in the growth and success of the Sales Development team
