Client Success Production Associate

The production world works successfully owing to the many people working towards making production activities successful. An important position within the production world is that of a production associate who performs duties such as setting up and/or maintaining in house technical systems and other 3rd party platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign and Company creation and maintenance using the company propriety management platform (“Admin”)
  • Defining and entering data values to support campaign promotion
  • Ensure accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM
  • Understanding client content to determine best product category
  • Creation of abstract from client content
  • Uploading Client campaign assets
  • Manage incoming requests from companies requesting to be added to our online buyers guide listings
  • Troubleshoot campaign set up and/or performance problems in conjunction with Tech Support Team by reporting bugs et al
  • Other production-oriented responsibilities as the role expands/develops

Job Duties

  • Work with development, operations, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Assist in development of new products and enhancement of existing products.
  • Prepare and organize campaign set up status and risk reporting to management and other affected departments
  • Work with Managers and other teams to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years client services experience in IT, media, advertising, or lead generation business.
  • Must have experience on SQL and HTML
  • Must have basic knowledge on HTTP
  • Experience on Project Management in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound) is a plus
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go daily; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
