Client Success Project Manager

A project coordinator is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Key among a campaign coordinator’s duties is the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of a project working with clients, sales, production, finance, and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Launching all client programs with our production and technical teams; serve as a liaison with Account Managers to ensure all client requirements are captured accurately and each client program is fulfilled on time and with accuracy.
  • Collaborate/communicate with other departments to ensure campaign’s order fulfillment.
  • Overall management of projects/campaigns
  • Month-end audit to all delivered leads

Job Duties

  • Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
  • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with other managers, the director, president, and/or other designated contacts within the organization.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years client services experience in the media, advertising, or lead generation business.
  • Has experience on Project Management in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound).
  • Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go daily; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
